To support a fast-growing legal team, a State Licensed Commercial Attorney will manage commercial deals, improve deal velocity, and build scalable legal processes in a hybrid role based in New York City or remotely within the US.
Key responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate enterprise customer agreements, channel partner agreements, and vendor contracts
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide practical legal guidance and expedite deal closures
Track legal developments in commercial law and cybersecurity while advising on marketing campaigns and brand protection
Required qualifications:
JD and active admission to a US state bar
5 - 10+ years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house, preferably in the technology sector
Ability to build trust quickly with internal clients and external partners
Experience in managing disputes and providing strategic counseling
Strong adaptability and eagerness to stay updated on evolving legal landscapes
