Seeking a mid-to-senior level State Licensed Commercial Technology Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of U.S. and international commercial technology agreements while advising business units on legal risks and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial technology agreements, including SaaS and cloud services agreements
Advise business units on software contracting, commercial risk, and data privacy requirements
Support the development of contract templates and partner cross-functionally with various teams
Required Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state
7+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
Strong knowledge of software, cloud, data, and commercial contract law
Understanding of U.S. data privacy requirements and familiarity with global privacy concepts
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong business judgment
