Required qualifications:
At least 3 years of commercial title insurance experience in New York
Strong understanding of legal and real estate terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, and property data platforms
Ability to analyze complex information and solve problems independently
A high school diploma or equivalent
