To support title examination processes, the full-time Florida Licensed Title Examiner will examine public records and assess property titles for residential properties while working remotely and collaborating with technology teams to enhance title examination tools.
Key responsibilities: Perform title examinations and review chains of title for various title orders Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and assess record completeness Provide actionable feedback to technology development teams to improve title examination workflows
Required qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of multistate title examination experience State license(s) if required Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills Proficient with company operating systems and standard MS skill set
