To support a growing mission-driven organization, the full-time People Operations Lead will manage benefits, payroll, compliance, and performance cycles while enhancing the employee experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities: Oversee the management of vendors and ensure compliance with multi-state regulations through a PEO Lead the administration of HRIS and drive system implementations or migrations to improve HR processes Analyze and recommend improvements to people policies and benefits, contributing to strategic decisions regarding the People function
Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in People Operations at a venture-backed tech company Hands-on ownership of benefits, HRIS, payroll, compliance, and performance cycles Experience managing People vendors and partners, with a track record of successful system implementations Proven ability to automate and enhance HR processes for efficiency and accuracy Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive conversations with tact and clarity
