Required qualifications:
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in real estate
Experience leading accounting operations and managing month-end close processes
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
Experience managing accounting across multiple entities or complex investment portfolios
Demonstrated ability to investigate complex accounting issues and drive solutions independently
