Location: Mesa, AZ Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Clinic & In-Home ABAKey Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of approximately 10 clients. Develop treatment plans and conduct assessments. Supervise and evaluate RBTs. Monitor client progress and collaborate with families and providers. Provide ABA services to children and adolescents ages 2-18, primarily ages 5-12.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Active Arizona Behavior Analyst license.3-5 years of ABA/behavior analysis experience. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PMNo weekends or on-call. Some remote work available. Regular local travel required. No shift differential.
