BCBA Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes Review session notes and clinical reports Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality
