Key responsibilities:
Design role-based onboarding and e-learning curricula for various DataOps roles, ensuring materials are modular and adaptable
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop practical data literacy and analysis learning pathways
Create client-facing onboarding materials and ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders before external publication
Required qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or educational technology
Proven ability to design scalable curricula and interactive e-learning experiences
Experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar platforms, along with LMS course management
Ability to collaborate with technical SMEs to accurately teach data literacy and analytical concepts
Strong skills in visual communication, technical writing, and project execution
