Learning Experience Designer (Contract) (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities: Research, outline, develop, and QA courses across a range of topics, starting with leadership content. Write clear, engaging, learner-centered course content grounded in credible research and established best practices. Maintain a consistent voice and structure across a large, multi-course library.

Qualifications: Demonstrated experience independently creating training content across varied subject areas. Proven ability to turn complex or unfamiliar concepts into engaging digital training in an LMS or e-learning format. Experience with AI-powered course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and generative AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
