Job Summary: We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive patient care, including physical exams, preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, patient education, and care coordination. The NP will collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe treatments, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Duties:
  • Conduct patient assessments and physical exams
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and therapies
  • Educate patients on treatment and wellness plans
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Qualifications: Master's Degree or higher Active NP License in New YorkValid DEA & CDSBLS/ALS Certification (AHA or Red Cross)
📍 Location: New York, NY 10001🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (8 AM-5 PM)
