Radiology - CT Tech

Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of CT scans and imaging studies efficiently and accurately. Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care. Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards. Document and manage images using our electronic medical record (EMR) and Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS) software. Start IVs as needed for imaging procedures.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association. ARRT certification as a CT Technologist. Experience with GE and Siemens imaging devices is preferred. Ability to work a 4x10 schedule from Tuesday to Friday. Flexibility to float to outpatient settings if required.

Department Overview: The Radiology department performs a comprehensive range of imaging studies utilizing five CT scanners. The department is equipped to handle an average of 25 scans per day, providing essential diagnostic services to patients.
