Create and monitor shipments within company software, tracking progress from picking through receipt at the fulfillment center.
Investigate inventory shipped to Amazon that has not been received, file Seller Central cases, and follow through to resolution.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles with strong understanding of fulfillment processes.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations, including filing discrepancy cases.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments.
