You will work closely with the Operations Manager to execute day-to-day processes.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate contractor paperwork, maintain virtual files, and support team culture initiatives.
Support HubSpot administration, data cleanliness, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Assist with event logistics, recurring operational tasks, and calendars.
Who We're Looking For:
You have 2+ years in operations, administration, or project coordination, with hands-on HubSpot experience.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
You enjoy supporting others and making it easier for teammates to do their best work.
