You'll be the front line for expert support, resolving payment issues and discrepancies with clarity and technical rigor.
You'll sit at the intersection of data operations, finance, product, and program teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day queue of payment support tickets and serve as the primary point of contact for expert-facing communications.
Investigate ticket issues by auditing contributor data and complex payment systems with dynamic bonus structures.
Build and maintain SQL queries, scripts, automations and dashboards to speed up ticket investigation and reduce manual work.
Pay Transparency:
The target hourly rate is $35-$40 depending on work location.
