Key responsibilities: Oversee the development of coverage analyses and budgets for clinical trials, ensuring alignment with institutional requirements Manage daily operations and staff while maintaining an assigned portfolio of complex studies Establish standardized workflows and performance metrics to enhance the efficiency and quality of coverage analysis processes

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of recent relevant experience in clinical research pre-award operations Advanced knowledge of Medicare coverage analysis and clinical trial budgeting Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex financial decisions Proficient in interpreting clinical protocols and translating them into auditable financial decisions
