Project Manager – Civil Construction & Excavation Location: We're working with a growing excavation contractor in Colorado looking to bring a Project Manager into the business. The company specializes in excavation, earthwork, grading, trenching and underground utility work across commercial and residential construction. This is an opportunity to join a smaller, established contractor where you won't get lost in a massive corporate structure. You'll work closely with leadership, take ownership of projects and play a part in the company's continued growth. Managing excavation, earthwork and site development projects. Coordinating field crews, equipment, subcontractors and suppliers. Managing budgets, schedules, quantities and job costs. Experience managing excavation, grading, earthwork or underground utility projects. A solid understanding of construction costs, production and scheduling. The ability to coordinate field operations and hold teams accountable. Experience with commercial site development and self-performing excavation contractors would be particularly relevant. Direct access to leadership and the opportunity to influence how projects are run. Hands-on project ownership rather than getting buried in layers of management.
