Position: From 3 Years to Project Leader level. Lead Project Execution : Manage the planning and execution of high-voltage transmission projects, ensuring projects stay on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.# Work with engineers and contractors, permitting teams to align project goals and coordinate tasks for smooth execution.# Project Planning : Create and maintain project schedules, tracking each phase from design to construction to meet deadlines and project requirements.# Risk Management : Identify and address potential risks to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and project success.# Stakeholder Communication : Act as the main point of contact for project updates, managing expectations and keeping all parties informed.# Budget Management : Oversee project budgets, approve expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings.# Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards, handling required documentation and audits.# Optimize Performance : Support process improvements and best practices for efficient project delivery and system performance. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
