Identify, recruit, and support host families and local coordinators for participant housing solutions
Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers and expand placement opportunities
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales success, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
Ability to analyze metrics and create strategic conclusions
