Work Environment: The position is based at our outpatient office in Fort Lauderdale, a vibrant city known for its beautiful beaches and thriving culture. Our clinic features modern treatment rooms, a rehabilitation gym with specialized equipment, and a collaborative team environment. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality physical therapy care by treating 1-2 patients per hour in a friendly and efficient clinic setting. Conduct thorough patient evaluations to understand their needs, limitations, and objectives. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of specialized rehabilitation equipment. Set clear, measurable goals for each patient's rehabilitation progress and track outcomes to ensure effective treatment. Document patient progress meticulously to maintain compliance with clinical standards and contribute to a culture of accountability and transparency. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient care and share insights on treatment approaches. Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from active athletes to seniors, all seeking to regain their mobility and functional independence. Your role will not only involve rehabilitation but also educating patients on injury prevention and promoting long-term wellness strategies.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing. A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with hands-on patient care experience.

Preferred Experience: Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management. Utilization of evidence-based practices in physical therapy treatment.

Compensation and Benefits: You will enjoy a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and skills.
