Work Environment: The work environment within our Fort Lauderdale clinic is fast-paced and highly collaborative, offering the opportunity to work closely with a team of talented healthcare professionals. The clinic operates onsite, enabling daily interaction with patients and team members. Our hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to state practice standards while providing care and supervision to patients under your guidance. Conduct thorough patient evaluations by reviewing their history and performing relevant assessments to develop personalized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, adapting them as necessary based on patient progress and feedback. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor and document changes in patient conditions, adjusting treatment plans as required to meet evolving health needs. Manage discharge planning and follow-up activities to promote continuity in care, ensuring patients have clear guidance post-treatment. Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, evaluations, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare standards. Participate actively in facility meetings and contribute to strategic planning that addresses access and quality of therapy services. Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults receiving post-operative rehabilitation. You will be integral in addressing various orthopedic conditions, functional limitations, and disabilities, tailoring your approach to meet the individualized needs of each patient, promoting their recovery and improving their quality of life.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
