Key responsibilities:
Educate and support prospective customers through inbound interactions, delivering exceptional service
Build trust and rapport with pet parents by understanding their unique needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
Manage high call volumes while achieving individual sales and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications:
2+ years of successful sales experience in a B2C sales or inbound call center environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and performance metrics
Must hold or be able to obtain an active P&C license in your state of residence
Strong aptitude for navigating multiple digital platforms and documenting customer interactions in CRM systems
Experience working remotely with a reliable hard-wired internet connection and a distraction-free home-office setup
