Key responsibilities:
Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage and products
Manage incoming warm leads and convert them into satisfied policyholders without making cold calls
Participate in a structured training program to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license and develop sales skills
Required qualifications:
2 years of sales or service-related work experience required, with 2-3 years preferred
Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in typing and computer skills
