Handle personal injury matters and help drive strong outcomes for injured clients Manage cases, clients, and workflow with urgency and accountability Help hire, lead, and develop staff with support from firm leadership and HR Work closely with ownership on business development and office growth Ensure a high level of client service and strong case handling standards Identify operational improvements and opportunities to expand the practice Build a strong local presence in the Colorado market
