Key responsibilities:
Administer annual merit, compensation, and bonus cycles, ensuring accurate data preparation and reporting
Serve as the primary technical administrator for HRIS and connected People platforms, optimizing system configuration and user access
Develop and manage workforce reporting and insights, including metrics for engagement and compliance with federal and state requirementsRequired qualificationsFive or more years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, compensation, or workforce analytics
Hands-on experience with HRIS administration, including configuration and data management
Strong technical reporting and analytical skills, particularly in Excel and dashboard creation
Knowledge of compensation administration and compliance requirements such as ACA and EEO-1
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred; relevant HR certifications are a plus
