Experiential Event Producer - Hybrid NYC & Travel

Lyzr AI in New York City seeks an events-focused coordinator to transform spaces into unforgettable experiences. You will scout venues, design engaging experiences, and drive merch and logistics with a scrappy, budget-minded approach. You’ll negotiate terms, manage vendors, and choreograph event days to create stories attendees will share. This role is 20 hours per week, hybrid NYC/Jersey City work, with occasional travel.
