I’m recruiting for a respected North Carolina law practice seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. Key Responsibilities: Handle plaintiff-side personal injury cases involving auto/truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and premises liability. Manage pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and pretrial proceedings. Develop case strategies and evaluate liability, damages, and settlements.
Qualifications: 1+ years of litigation experience; 2–5 years preferred.
Plaintiff-side personal injury experience. Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills. Trial experience is a plus, but not required. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $125,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Performance-based bonuses can range from $10,000–$100,000+, depending on results, with additional origination incentives.
