Key responsibilities:
Employ advanced methods to manipulate and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools
Develop analytical solutions and predictive models to address business needs and optimize performance
Coach and mentor team members in the application of innovative actuarial models and methods
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
6-8 years of experience in actuarial ratemaking, reserving, or related quantitative fields
2+ years of leadership experience in an actuarial or analytical role
Strong proficiency in R, Python, and data visualization tools
Mastery of actuarial principles and statistical modeling techniques
