Key responsibilities:
Manage and publish patient-facing content in Contentful, ensuring quality and consistency
Run a centralized intake process for data requests and maintain QuickSight dashboards for reporting
Collect and triage bug reports, leading weekly reviews and coordinating fixes with the development team
Required qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or analytics, preferably in health tech or healthcare
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a BI tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Looker
Experience managing content in a headless CMS, ideally Contentful
Familiarity with EMR workflows, ideally Athena, and experience with bug tracking in Jira
Ability to write clear documentation, including SOPs and updates for clinical teams
