Key responsibilities:
Review and manage commercial transportation claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and liability
Investigate accidents and determine liability using various documentation and evidence
Identify and initiate subrogation and recovery opportunities, negotiating with insurers and other parties
Required qualifications:
5+ years of claims experience, preferably within commercial auto, trucking, or transportation
Strong hands-on experience with subrogation and claims recovery
Experience handling bodily injury, property damage, and liability claims
Proven negotiation experience with insurers, adjusters, attorneys, and other third parties
Strong knowledge of claims investigation and liability assessment
