Cardiac Interventional Technologist II

Perform electrophysiology, ablation, angiographic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures while managing patient care before, during, and after procedures. Operate imaging and monitoring equipment, assist physicians with catheters and guide wires, prepare patients and sterile trays, maintain supplies and records, and support safe patient transfer and discharge. Perform electrophysiology, ablation, angiographic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures. Monitor patients’ hemodynamic and physiologic status and respond to arrhythmias during procedures. Assist physicians as a first assistant by scrubbing and helping manipulate and place guide wires and catheters. Prepare patients and sterile trays, verify lab work and medical history, and provide procedural education. Operate imaging, pressure injection, and emergency equipment to produce diagnostic images and support safe care. Maintain patient records, supplies, inventory, and orderly patient flow; provide post-procedure care and discharge instructions.
