This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants to become a more capable, confident litigator rather than spending years on the sidelines. Construction experience is welcomed but not required. We are equally interested in attorneys with strong civil litigation fundamentals who are genuinely motivated to develop expertise in construction-related disputes. Responsibilities: As a Litigation Attorney in our firm, your responsibilities will include: 1. Managing all aspects of complex construction litigation cases, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, trial preparation, and resolution. Conducting extensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in construction law. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Litigation Attorney position will have the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction litigation, with a proven track record of success. Proficient in handling all aspects of litigation, including discovery management, depositions, motion drafting, trial preparation, and resolution. Extensive experience in case strategy development, legal research, mediation, negotiation, insurance defense, and client counseling. Exceptional ability to analyze claims and coordinate with expert witnesses. Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex legal problems and provide innovative solutions.
