Litigation Attorney

What You'll Do: Shape and carry out case strategy against opposing insurers. Take witness testimony, prepare court filings and advocate for clients at hearings and trial. Partner with support staff to give clients responsive, caring service throughout their matters. Take responsibility for the results of your cases. At more senior levels, lead and coach colleagues and grow the practice in your local market. What We're Looking For1 to 9 years of experience as a practicing attorney, ideally in plaintiff personal injury, though related litigation or insurance-side experience is also considered. An active bar license in the state where the role is based. A record of favorable case outcomes, ideally with figures you are able to share. Ability to answer substantive personal injury legal questions on the spot, such as filing deadlines by claim type. Comfort working in a fully paperless, digital workflow. A kind, humble, team-oriented and service-minded approach with clients. Willingness to work five days a week in the office. A long-term mindset and a desire to build a career with the firm. An existing book of business or referral network in your market.
