Key responsibilities:
Manages an assigned portfolio, balancing underwriting strategies with profitability and retention goals
Develops strong relationships with agencies and distribution partners to drive profitable outcomes and optimize territory performance
Identifies and implements improvements in operational efficiency and underwriting processes to enhance agency and customer experiences
Required qualifications:
5+ years of Commercial Underwriting experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or commensurate work experience
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred
Property And Casualty Insurance License (PCIL) preferred
