Minnesota Licensed Hematology RN

Key responsibilities: Completes patient care assessments, education, and RN triage in a clinic setting Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care Documents care in accordance with Allina Health Cancer Institute policies and practices

Required qualifications: Associate's or Vocational degree from an accredited School of Nursing 0 to 2 years of inpatient or outpatient oncology nursing experience, or 2 years in an ambulatory or hospital care setting Licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota required upon hire Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred within 2 years of hire BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support required within 30 days of hire
