Funding Specialist I

Key responsibilities: Accurately enter financing documents into the organization's operating system for processing Monitor electronic signature queues and communicate any issues to dealers Assist other departments with document or funding-related questions and advise dealers on necessary items

Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED completed or in progress Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer) Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals Availability to work 2 late night shifts per week until 8-9pm CST, including a Saturday rotation
