To support its Insurance Services practice group, a California Licensed Insurance Attorney will work remotely, representing national and international insurance clients in complex coverage areas such as bad faith, professional liability, and cyber liability.
Key responsibilities: Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation matters across state and federal courts Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal documents and analyses Collaborate with a team to manage a diverse caseload and provide strategic advice to clients
Required qualifications: Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing Experience in civil litigation within state and federal courts Preferred experience in insurance coverage litigation matters Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Commitment to professional development and teamwork
