Seeking an enthusiastic California Licensed Attorney, the full-time position will support legal staff and counsel in insurance defense litigation, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and managing projects in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and supervise delegated research projects
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports
Support legal staff and counsel in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications:
Licensed member of the California State Bar
Prior experience in insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Eagerness to work in a challenging legal environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
