Key responsibilities: Handle all phases of Workers' Compensation litigation from initial evaluation through resolution Partner with claims professionals to develop case strategies and conduct discovery Mentor colleagues and serve as a technical resource on complex litigation matters

Required qualifications: Juris Doctor and a minimum of 7 years of litigation experience Member in good standing of the California State Bar Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe, and legal research platforms like Lexis or Westlaw Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims environment, and insurance defense litigation Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex litigation matters
