Key responsibilities:
Prepare files for trial, including client preparation and filing required pleadings
Represent clients at Workers' Compensation trials and hearings in the Los Angeles area
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and evaluate QME/AME reports for case strategy
Required qualifications:
Active California Trial Representative license
Strong background in Workers' Compensation litigation
Experience with trial appearances and settlement negotiations
Familiarity with QME evaluations and related documentation
Ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams and support staff
