To drive operational excellence in a dynamic environment, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Manager will partner with business leaders to define strategies, design scalable processes, and implement AI-driven analytical workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales leadership and other departments to align on strategy and operational decisions for the Expansion function Design and implement scalable processes across the Expansion sales motion, including lead routing and scoring systems Build and manage AI-driven analytical workflows for automated analysis and reporting on sales performance metricsRequired qualificationsProven experience leading revenue operations or GTM analytics teams Strong background in transforming complex data into actionable recommendations for sales teams Experience designing and owning lead routing and scoring logic in production environments Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership Familiarity with Salesforce and modern BI tools such as Tableau or Snowflake
