Key responsibilities:
Manage and develop a high-performing team of accounts payable and receivable specialists, setting clear goals and providing coaching
Oversee payment runs and monitor performance against operational KPIs to achieve working capital targets
Lead month-end close activities and coordinate support for financial statement audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in accounting operations, including 3+ years in a management role
Proven experience managing high-volume accounts payable and receivable processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Sage X3 is a plus
