Senior Analyst, Shared Services

Key responsibilities: Develop and distribute comprehensive accounts receivable reports, including aging and cash application activity Analyze carrier payment trends and write-offs to identify opportunities for improved collections and financial performance Research and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies while providing guidance to analysts and cash application specialists

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Three to five years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or accounts receivable Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting Experience in industries involving third-party payers and complex receivable adjustments preferred
