Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and optimize electrical systems and components for hardware-focused products, including power distribution and power systems. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing electrical schematics, performing load calculations, selecting appropriate components, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting prototype builds and testing, diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, and preparing technical documentation and reports. The Electrical Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of design practices and support production and field teams with technical guidance. Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with practical understanding of electricity and related principles. Demonstrated skills in Electrical Design, including creating and interpreting schematics and layouts. Knowledge of Power Systems, including analysis, reliability, and safety considerations. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Proficiency with electrical design and simulation tools (e.g., CAD/ECAD software, circuit analysis tools). Ability to work on-site in a hands-on environment, collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues. xaygatp Experience in hardware product development or industrial systems is a plus.
