Senior Electrical Engineer Location: On site in Northern Phoenix A growing building systems consulting firm is adding a senior level electrical leader who wants more than a narrow project lane. This is an opportunity to stay hands on in design while helping shape the future direction of electrical services inside a highly visible, entrepreneurial environment. The strongest candidates will bring a practical design mindset, sound project judgment, and the ability to earn trust quickly in a small team setting. Familiarity with the Phoenix area design community is valuable, though relocation candidates are also welcome. Management has deep experience across various verticals/industries. Lead electrical design and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of building projects. Stay active in production work, including Revit based design, drawing development, calculations, one line diagrams, and coordinated construction documentation. Manage projects from early planning through construction support, balancing client communication, technical execution, schedule, and budget performance. Partner with architects, owners, contractors, and internal disciplines to develop practical, code compliant electrical solutions. Support the continued expansion of internal electrical capabilities within a growing consulting environment. Contribute to business development by strengthening existing relationships and helping identify new project opportunities. Provide construction phase support, including field coordination, issue resolution, and response to project questions. Help establish strong standards for quality, responsiveness, and delivery as the electrical function continues to mature. Strong background in electrical engineering and design within the AEC consulting environment. Proven ability to run projects independently from concept through construction while remaining hands on in production. Recent experience using Revit for electrical design and documentation.
