Traveling Superintendent – Nationwide
Location: USA | On-site/ Nationwide Travel | Candidates Can Be Based Anywhere in the U.S.We're working with a leading national General Contractor looking to add experienced Traveling Superintendents to their Mission Critical & Advanced Manufacturing teams for projects across the U.S.This is a field-focused opportunity for Superintendents who are comfortable traveling and want a strong pipeline of projects with a well-established contractor.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, and site logistics to keep construction on schedule.
  • Lead daily coordination meetings to review priorities, progress, safety, and upcoming work.
  • Maintain site safety and quality standards while ensuring work aligns with project plans and specifications.
  • Work closely with the project management team to resolve field issues and communicate progress.

  • What they're looking for:
  • Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
  • Strong ground-up construction experience
  • Experience in active manufacturing facilities
  • Experience leading subcontractors and day-to-day field operations
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, data center, distribution, life science, or other complex construction
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
  • Strong field leadership and communication skills
