Provider Data Operations Supervisor (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities: Evaluate departmental performance by creating and analyzing data metrics and implementing mitigation strategies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives. Conduct root-cause analysis, construct action plans, and maintain KPIs to meet departmental objectives.

Requirements: 3+ years of direct people management experience. 2+ years in an operations role supporting production teams. 1+ year using data to drive decision making and continuous improvement. 3+ years of provider data experience with a health insurance company. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, JIRA, and/or SQL.
