State Licensed Tax Director

Key responsibilities: Manage the global tax provision, including ASC 740, current and deferred taxes, and income tax disclosures Oversee outsourced providers for US federal and state income tax compliance and manage tax audits Drive process improvement and automation across tax workflows while coaching and developing tax professionals

Required qualifications: 15+ years of corporate income tax experience with a focus on global ASC 740 provision Hands-on experience with US federal and state compliance and managing outsourced preparers Experience in US international tax matters, including GILTI and foreign tax credits Direct experience with income tax examinations and public company reporting Strong collaboration skills across various departments and with external advisors
