State Licensed Tax Senior Manager

Key responsibilities: Coordinate, plan, and manage client engagements within state and local income tax Serve as the main client contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery Develop staff through coaching, training, and building an external network for sales and collaboration efforts

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA, JD/LLM, or CMI required Minimum of 8 years of tax experience in public accounting with a focus on state and local tax Strong research and writing skills with proven ability to maintain excellent client relationships Experience in a high-energy, dynamic environment is preferred
