Help advisors change their business, and build your own future while you do it. At Motiv8, we help independent financial advisors turn their practice into a real, growing business. We're looking for a Business Development Recruiter to connect with those advisors, show them what's possible, and guide the right ones to join us. This is a role for someone who loves both the discovery and the relationship. You'll have leads and a team behind you, plus the freedom to find your own prospects. When an advisor you bring aboard grows, your income grows with them, for as long as they produce. Your effort, your book, your upside, with no ceiling. If you're a natural connector motivated by real earning potential and the chance to genuinely help people, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do:
  • Connect with independent financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and start real conversations about their future
  • Guide interested advisors from the first chat through joining the Motiv8 team
  • Build and nurture your own pipeline alongside the leads we provide
  • Partner with our team to present the Motiv8 story with clarity and proof
  • Build lasting relationships and earn referrals from the advisors you bring aboard
Who you are:
  • A people person, comfortable and confident starting conversations with successful professionals
  • Experienced in sales, recruiting, or business development in the Financial Services space with a track record of success
  • Motivated by uncapped, performance based income and ready to work for it
  • Organized, consistent, and someone who follows through
  • A team player who wants to win together and help advisors succeed
